If you did a double take when you saw red, white and blue at the Capitolio on our cover, that's only the start of the surprises in store as the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry's first dental educational exchange to Cuba reports in.  Particularly in Havana pre-revolution architecture was often patterned after American landmarks.  As to whether this adventure is part of the "opening of Cuba," we can't say, but we do know that even the grandest landmark has to be built one brick at a time.
