This is the official website of the Minnesota Dental Association, home to over 3,000 member dentists and dental students. We’re proud to represent over 83% of Minnesota-licensed dentists and serve as the voice of the profession in numerous capacities.
Organized dentistry provides members with representation in legislative, regulatory and insurance concerns; upholds the image of the profession with the public; and serves as an information and educational resource for all members of the dental community.

2008 Legislative Initiatives
The MDA is actively engaged in key legislation that is of critical importance to the dental community. Of particular importance this session are bills focused on addressing the challenge of access to care in our state. Low-income and rural areas of our state are particularly underserved and the MDA’s plan looks at healthy solutions that would provide quality dental care to all Minnesotans.
