Join an annual celebration of giving smiles

The MDA welcomes dentists and dental professionals to participate in this year's Give Kids a Smile program. The dates are Feb. 6 and 7, 2009. This charitable outreach program has become an annual celebration of giving, serving and fellowship throughout the profession. Last year, 2,000 volunteers collectively donated a record total of $1.7 million worth of free care to children across the state! With your help this year, we can do even more.

Please review the volunteer sign-up form and indicate how you and your dental team will participate in Give Kids a Smile 2009. Once you submit your form to the MDA, you will receive specific information, based on your response to questions on the form. Please be assured that the MDA is committed to assisting you. For example, when you host an event, you will receive a booklet of helpful documents and resources, including a planning checklist, sample press releases, patient consent forms, health history forms, and much more. The MDA can also help you identify patients.
