In November all 2010 members will receive their 2011 membership dues statement.  In order to continue your membership your dues must be paid by March 31, 2011.  If we do not have the dues, your membership benefits will cease as of March 31, 2010.  If you have any questions regarding your dues, feel free to contact Dar Numan at (612) 767-8400 ext. 110.

The MDA offers members the opportunity to participate in the prepaid dues program, which gives members the option to pay their 2011 dues in smaller increments over an extended period of time rather than in one lump sum.  Your 2011 dues would be divided into six installments from July – December of 2010.  To sign up for the program please download the form and return to the Minnesota Dental Association.  If you have questions regarding this program, please call Dar Numan at (612) 767-8400, ext. 110.
