In November all 2007 members received their 2008 membership dues statement. In order to continue your membership your dues must be paid by March 31, 2008. If we do not have the dues, your membership benefits will cease as of March 31, 2008. If you have any questions regarding your dues, feel free to contact Dawn Jensen at (612) 767-8400 ext. 103.

Pay your 2009 Membership Dues in Installments
The MDA offers members the opportunity to participate in the prepaid dues program, which gives members the option to pay their 2009 dues in smaller increments over an extended period of time rather than in one lump sum. Your 2009 dues would be divided into six installments from July – December of 2008. To sign up for the program please download the form and return to the Minnesota Dental Association.
