Mutual Aid Agreement Guide

The ADA’s Council on Dental Practice in cooperation with the Division of Legal Affairs has developed general guidelines and a template to assist dentists with preparing a mutual aid agreement. Such an agreement is invaluable to a stricken participant and/or family in the event he or she is unable to continue to practice due to disability or death.
