Making an appointment for your child

The Minnesota Dental Association and its members are proud to sponsor Give Kids a Smile. Volunteer dentists across Minnesota will open their clinic doors to provide free care to children whose families cannot otherwise afford dental care. Most clinics provide services on Feb. 5 and 6, though some offer alternative dates in February.

If your child is in need of this program, please carefully review the options of dental clinics provided below. Find a clinic in your area, along with the services you believe would most benefit your child. Then call the clinic to make an appointment. Services vary, so it’s important to honestly discuss dental concerns your child may have.

This list will change frequently - new clinics will join the list; others will fill their appointments and drop off the list. The following clinics still have appointments available.
