Oral Health America’s new project changes lives The Wisdom Tooth Project, an outreach and educational effort by Oral Health America, focuses on reaching seniors and their caregivers with dental health information, applicable dental health research, and resources. Basic life support requirement update for dental professionals All licensed dental professionals in Minnesota are required to have continuous Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification. The American Red Cross or the American Heart Association are accepted organizations to satisfy the BLS requirement.
Manage your CE portfolio with CE Track The MDA CE Track is FREE for members and it is a great way for you to keep your professional portfolio together and organized. Dentists that repeatedly fail Board of Dentistry portfolio audits will face an increase in fines, up to $1,000, and referral to the BOD Complaint Committee for possible disciplinary action. Also, remember the following subjects are not eligible under fundamental or elective credits for CE requirements: estate planning, marketing, financial planning, investments, or personal health or growth.
