Your patients don’t leave their stressful jobs, their insomnia, their marriages, their physical fitness (or lack) or their dietary patterns in the car before they sit in your chair. There’s irrefutable scientific evidence that each of these habits has the ability to ramp up inflammation or dial it down. In this fast paced program be prepared to have your hair blown back:
1) Discover how eating habits have the ability to dial down or ramp up inflammation and how it affects your treatment outcomes
2) Learn why it’s important to identify the sleep deprived (not just apnea) patient in your practice.
3) Understand why your sedentary patients don’t heal as well as your active living patients. ALERT 85% of your patients lead sedentary lives.
4) Enjoy a more inclusive new patient exam by adding to your knowledge of critical lifestyle factors.

While nothing you do as dental professionals can totally prevent a patient from filing a claim, suit or board action, we believe every employee plays a critical role in patient risk management. This presentation we will walk through the anatomy of the claim process from the moment a dental incident occurs to preparing for trial and review the strategies all dental practice staff can use to help avoid, reduce and mitigate the effect of claims.
