We hope you’ll stay and join us for dinner after golf! Dinner will not be prepaid, but guests are welcome to stay and order from the menu if they’d like to stay.

GOLF

• • To register for golf, please contact Dr. Gary Hedin (gary.hedin@gmail.com) with your team of 4 or if you would like to be placed with a team. There will not be any teams larger than groups of 4.
  • Golfers who are planning to stay for dinner DO need to register for dinner (below).
  • Please feel free to bring guests that are not dentists, but you must have at least one MDA member on your team to qualify for any team prizes.
  • All NEDDS, MDA and ADA members are invited but this would be a great opportunity to invite a non-member to introduce them to how great being a member is.

Cost of Golf 18-holes with cart will be $125 and payable at the course.

Any addition to the sign-up may result in your not being able to play with our group.
