Overview:

This is meant for everyone on your team—dentists, hygienists, assistants, patient care coordinators, practice managers—anyone who has ever had an ache or pain after work or dealt with facial pain.

This workshop offers dental professionals practical, whole-body strategies to reduce pain, improve posture, and enhance daily performance. The In Motion Therapy team of physical therapists will guide attendees through simple breathing resets, ergonomic corrections, and Total Motion Release techniques to support provider wellness throughout the workday. The session also covers TMD mechanics, facial pain management, patient self-care tools, and dry needling applications. Attendees will leave with actionable techniques they can use immediately, plus optional free consultations for personalized recommendations.
