Table assignments are made with sponsors given priority for the first row, and first-come, first-served following. Exhibitor set-up will begin at 6:30 a.m.
2025 Attendance: 145 individuals (66 dentists and 79 staff)
Schedule:
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. (in Exhibit Hall)
CE Session: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Break: 9:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. (in Exhibit Hall)
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (in Exhibit Hall)
CE Session: 12:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Break: 2:00 – 2:15 p.m. (in the Exhibit Hall)
Note: It is our policy not to distribute our members’ names and contact information; therefore, we encourage you to ask attendees to drop their business cards at your table

Sponsor snack breaks! A thank you sign will be placed out during the break. Floorplan permitting a snack station will be set out near your booth. One exclusive opportunity available.
Breakfast or Lunch Sponsor: $3,500
Sponsor either breakfast or lunch and stand out from the crowd! Signage will be put up during the meal. Floorplan permitting a food station will be set out near your booth. One exclusive opportunity available per meal.
