No matter what your position in life, all new dentists face similar situations.  This seminar/luncheon is open to all dentists who have graduated between 2012-2022.  Come learn from your peers on the successes and mistakes of practicing dentistry.  Once you begin working, there is just not enough time to explore different offices to gain exposure to the myriad ways of handling the day-to-day operations and situations you encounter.  A mistake in one office can truly be success in another. Following the small table discussion each table will share their top dental nugget ideas with the large group.  Some of the topics might include materials, techniques that are working for them, staffing issues, scheduling, marketing, social media, wellness issues.
