This presentation is designed for dental teams who want to strengthen their systems and maximize the team’s ability to work together towards success. Together, we’ll explore how to build standard operating procedure in the patient process—so your team can increase confidence, consistency, improve communication, and grow case acceptance.

Through engaging discussions, live role-playing, and team breakout activities, participants will:

• Learn how systems improve the patient process from start to finish
• Evaluate existing standard operating procedures
• Create systems and develop team members in managers of systems
• Gain tools to immediately apply back in the practice for better results.
