This agreement is authorized on behalf of the vendor company and agrees to supply company logos, advertisements and advertising copy according to the deadlines relating to the advertising/sponsorships in this agreement. The Star of the North (SON) and the Minnesota Dental Association (MDA) are not responsible for errors or omissions in ads or copy received from an agency or advertiser. The SON retains the right to refuse advertisements which, in the opinion of the Scientific Sessions Committee, are false, misleading, in poor taste, or in conflict with the purposes of the Star of the North. The undersigned also agrees to pay all advertising and promotion fees as calculated. Cancellations made in writing and received before the copy deadline will receive a full refund of any fees paid to that date.
