Buyer’s Happy Hour – A Time to Sip, Shop & Save!

What is Buyer’s Happy Hour?

We are continuing our Star of the North Buyer’s Night – with a focus on attracting buyers to the exhibit floor. We encourage exhibitors to offer show specials for Thursday night only for attendees and to incorporate the “buyers” theme into your own marketing.

Our purpose is to encourage all attendees to attend this event “in person” and take advantage of the opportunity to meet one-on-one with exhibitors rather than just ordering supplies or equipment on-line. We believe adding the Show Specials will provide an added incentive for them to participate.

When is Buyer’s Happy Hour Taking Place?

Buyer’s Happy Hour will be taking place on Thursday, April 23 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. (we’ll have light hors d’oeuvres and beverages).

All Star of the North attendees will be given exclusive access to the exhibit floor. This unique opportunity is designed to provide your company with a favorable sales environment and give you that much desired one-on-one time with the attendees who hold the buying power.

Show specials received by the deadline (January 31, 2020) will be printed in the Star of the North’s Show Specials Book. Click here for a sample listing.

This book will be mailed to all registered dentists prior to the event (along with the attendee’s name badge). This is a great promotional opportunity – make sure to submit your Show Specials for the Thursday Buyer’s Happy Hour by January 31, 2020!

Show Special Title: up to 100 characters

Show Special Description: up to 500 characters in length.

The Show Specials have been marketed to all attendees that these are the best deals of the day. To help increase traffic to your booth(s), we suggest that these offers are available for Thursday only (and not valid for the duration of the meeting). The Show Specials included in the printed guide are limited to discounts on products/services that your company is selling/offering.

Information on company or booth raffles will not be included in the Show Specials book.

All Show Specials are due by 4:00 p.m. on January 31, 2020.

All sponsors (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Promotional Package) will receive 5 complimentary show specials.

Exhibiting-only companies will receive 3 complimentary show specials.
